This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product development, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people management and product innovation.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Passionate about solving complex problems, you bring clarity to ambiguity and excel at scaling product practices across multiple teams. You are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to support product execution as you are mentoring others and driving strategic alignment. You'll have the opportunity to build alongside a seasoned leadership team and a network of cross-functional experts.

Product Culture at apree

Our product organization is an extremely collaborative culture between the business, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You will sit in a key driver's seat leading multiple teams building consumer and enterprise products that tie directly into the inner workings of the United States healthcare and the largest employers in the nation. To lead your teams effectively;

  • We listen, evaluate, and promote ideas without an ego or unfair bias.

  • We are in business to take big but measured risks to disrupt the status quo.

  • We do right by customers; we grow when they grow and their trust is a key asset.

  • We are empathetic to human conditions that limit access to equitable health care.

  • We partner with security and compliance to safe-guard customer data.
