Compliance Analyst 
 
The Compliance Analyst provides compliance and privacy program support to management across The Organization in furtherance of our mission and to provide an effective compliance program. This position is expected to possess mid-level skills in investigative and research techniques and practices, while developing greater expertise in certain regulatory, compliance and privacy topics. This position works with highly sensitive information.
 
Perform assigned investigations and compliance projects following the Organization practice standards while keeping management well apprised of results and completion status.
 
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned investigations and compliance projects following the Organization practice standards while keeping management well apprised of results and completion status.
Participate, under the direction of manager, on large, complex, multi-location or system-wide projects or investigations.
• Act as a resource regarding clinical regulatory requirements in the care centers.
• Assist with performance of care center audits working with Clinic Operations and Compliance teams.
• Fosters ethical and compliant behavior and provides the basis for ensuring adequate internal controls and compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze, under the direction of manager, investigative results and draft recommendations that will improve controls and mitigate risk to the organization.
• Monitor assigned open recommendations working closely with applicable departments to assure action plans are completed and risk is mitigated in a timely manner.
• Provide input to educational and other program documents.
• Potential for travel to care centers for onsite work, including audits.
 
 
Additional Qualifications Preferred:

• Minimum 2-years of experience with clinical process improvement projects
• Minimum 1-year knowledge of health service design and implementation
• Minimum 6 months experience change management best practice
• Minimum 1-year proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project Management
 
Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree of Arts or Sciences in healthcare, business administration, accounting,
finance, information systems, or related fields of study is preferred. However, an equivalent
combination of education and healthcare experience will be considered
• Knowledge of auditing practices and procedures sufficient to interpret and analyze complex concepts to evaluate current process and propose innovative solutions. Experience with generally accepted auditing standards in the US is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive compliance/privacy experience in a healthcare setting
preferred.

Compensation:  $61K-$91K & bonus eligible
