Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision – Work with product leadership to refine our product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs.
Roadmap Development & Execution – Support the development of our product roadmap, ensuring features and development releases are aligned with stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Mentorship – Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Feature Definition & Requirements – Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product development and launch initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives & key results (OKRs) to measure success and guide product iterations.
Stakeholder Management – Communicate product updates, insights, and strategic direction effectively to internal stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep product initiatives on track.
Agile & Lean Methodologies – Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles and optimize delivery efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
4-8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven company that services highly regulated environments like healthcare or finance.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives from zero-to-one launch.
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean product development methodologies and obsess about continuous product improvements.
Creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales to solve customer problems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results under tight deadlines. You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels; up, down, and across.
Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing product teams directly and indirectly.
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or equivalent.
Compensation: $119,312K – $149,140K annual salary & bonus eligible
