apree health is entering an exciting new growth phase as we combine our digital navigation and population health data expertise (Castlight Health) with the delivery of advanced primary care (apree health) to launch exciting new solutions that drive better health outcomes and patient experiences while reducing wasteful healthcare spend in the markets we serve.
We’re seeking a Customer Insights Manager to join our Market Operations team to turn
healthcare data analytics into insights that drive better patient experiences, health
outcomes, and innovation in the way we deliver care. The Customer Insights Manager is an analytical thinker and problem solver who is eager to learn the complexities of our data,
client contracts and expectations, clinical operations, and the population health dynamics
in the markets we operate.
This role works cross-functionally with Analytics, Clinical Operations, Sales, Solutions,
Member Engagement, Strategic Finance, and our Account Management teams to help
clients and internal teams quantify, document, and validate the value delivered through
our risk-based care models and operations. You will be the bridge that connects customer
expectations and value delivery with our internal operations through a deep understanding
of our customers, data, operations, and solutions.
What you’ll do:
● Analyze population health trends and outcomes performance to turn data into actionable insights for our customers and internal teams
● Collaborate on the development of operational and value delivery dashboards and reporting for internal and external consumers
● Act as the “go-to person” for Sales, Account Management, Clinical Operations, and Analytics to infuse data-driven insights into client-facing presentations
● Become a subject matter expert for deep understanding of our client expectations, market operations, and data systems and capabilities
● Be able to translate data into stories for audiences at various levels of sophistication from healthcare novices to experts
● Be ready to jump in to support our team as we enter an exciting and busy period in apree health’s growth
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in a customer insights or business analyst related role
● Bacehlor’s Degree.
● Healthcare industry experience with an understanding of population health data analysis, value-based care models, clinical operations, and healthcare insurance
products
● Familiarity with medical, pharmacological, and EMR data and applications
● Experience turning data into insights for clients (employers and health plans) and internal teams
● Expertise in Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
● Cultural fit with apree health: customer-centric, outcomes oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
